These terms apply whenever you buy from Shopit or use an account with us.

Orders

An order is accepted once we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order we cannot fill, for example when an item runs out or a price was shown in error; anything you paid for it is refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in BDT and include VAT, which is shown at checkout. Delivery costs are shown before you pay. You can pay by card online, by cash on delivery or in cash, and trade customers can charge orders to their trade account within its limit and payment terms.

Delivery

We deliver to the addresses offered at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. Please check your order when it arrives and tell us about anything missing or damaged as soon as you can.

Returns and refunds

If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund. Card refunds go back to the card used; other payments are refunded by agreement with you.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. You can delete your account at any time from My details. We keep the records of past orders that the law requires us to keep.

Reviews

Reviews must be your honest opinion of the product. We may hide a review that is offensive, unrelated to the product or advertising.
